I love this tote! I've had so many lunch bags in the past which have eventually ripped or fallen apart in some way. The Built tote is extremely sturdy and ROOMY! I wake up really early to go to work and with the commute, come home by early evening. Being able to pack my lunch and TONS of snacks for the day is a bonus! And the bag does generally keep food cooled for about 4 hours as specified. I'm now going to look into other Built NY products. Good stuff!"
